It’s a big work in progress. And if you REALLY WANT TO build from source you will need eclipse, cdt, and subclipse. Well, I plan on writing some autotool scripts in the near future.
There are some *instructions* on the wiki page.
Your best bet is to just browse the source on code.google.com for now until I put proper build procedure in place.
